What payment methods do you accept?

I accept online payment through your custom booking link or a mini session booking link. My payment processor is PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete booking. If you experience any issue, please email me.
What type of photography services do you offer?

I offer photography services for families, couples, graduates, individuals, weddings and more!
How long is gallery turnaround time?

Portrait photography turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks. Wedding photography turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. Most sessions are eligible for a 'Rush Fee' to be added. Certain seasonal mini sessions have faster turnaround times. That will be stated in the booking link.
Are unedited raw images included in my gallery?

No, I provide only edited images in all galleries. This is to improve lighting, color and image quality.
Will my purchased photos be watermarked?

No! All purchased final images included in your gallery will be watermark free!
How are photos delivered?

Your photos will be delivered via online gallery. The link to your gallery will be sent to the email you provide during booking. From there you can view, save and share your photos. You will also be able to order prints from that link!
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
